At Lahore Bazaar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a return and refund policy to ensure your peace of mind.
Return Eligibility
You may return products within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product is unused and in its original packaging
- The product seal is intact and not broken
- You have the original invoice or proof of purchase
- The product is not damaged due to misuse or negligence
Important: Due to hygiene and safety regulations, certain products cannot be returned once opened. These include lipsticks, mascaras, foundations, and any product that comes in direct contact with skin.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened cosmetics products (lipsticks, foundations, mascara, etc.)
- Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Gift cards and vouchers
- Customized or personalized products
- Products without original packaging
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service via email at returns@sunbeauty.pk within 7 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Include photos of the product if there are any defects or damages
- Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team
Return Process
Once your return request is approved:
- You will receive a return authorization number
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging
- Ship the product to our return address within 5 business days
- Include the return authorization number on the package
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned product:
- Full refund for unopened products returned within 7 days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5-10 business days after inspection
- Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the product was defective
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund
- Shipping costs for replacements will be covered by us
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for:
- Wrong product delivered (different from what you ordered)
- Different shade or color (for unopened products only)
- Defective or damaged products

- Customer bears shipping cost for voluntary returns
- Free return shipping for damaged or defective products
- Free return shipping if wrong product was delivered

- Store credit for future purchases
- Bank transfer (for orders above Rs 10,000)
